After witnessing a life-changing event in 2018, Beau felt compelled to leave corporate life and start an agency built on purpose, not just profit. In 2019, he founded Vincent Family Insurance with a simple but powerful belief:

“We Love Insurance, But We Love People More!”™

That same year, Beau purchased his first agency — the Rich Brown Agency in Stow, Ohio — officially launching Vincent Family Insurance on October 1, 2019. From there, the agency quickly expanded:

In January 2022, Beau purchased and merged Clint Stott’s Uniontown office into the Stow location.

In July 2024, the agency grew again by merging Andy Myers’ Allstate agency in Silverlake, Ohio.

In August 2025, Vincent Family Insurance acquired Kristen Monroe Medcalf’s agency in Hudson, Ohio, relocating the headquarters to Beau’s hometown.

Since opening its doors, the agency has grown from serving just a few hundred customers to managing over 13,000 policies in force — a testament to its people-first philosophy, strong culture, and clear leadership vision.

Beyond his agency, Beau hosts The Conviction of a Leader podcast, where he shares insights on leadership, culture, and personal growth, and he also served as a coach and consultant with Craig Wiggins Coaching & Consulting for three years. Today, he continues helping other agency owners develop teams and systems for success through his own coaching and consulting initiatives.

When he’s not leading his business or speaking to leaders across the country, Beau enjoys coaching youth baseball, leading worship at church, and spending time by the water with his wife and their three sons. His faith and family remain at the center of everything he does.

  • During the pandemic, partnered with local businesses to provide 150 meals to students and families in need.

  • Actively serving in local groups like the Hudson BNI Group and continues to be a community leader.
